Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Astro Traya. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The platform is intended for users aged 18 or older. You must have authority to submit any information you provide, including another person’s birth details, voice, image or contact information.

Astro Traya provides astrology calculations, spiritual reflection, educational content and AI-assisted guidance. AI Guruji is software, not a human astrologer, sentient being or licensed professional.

Astrology methods and interpretations can vary by source tradition, geography, ayanamsa, birth-time accuracy and practitioner. No chart, Panchang, Muhurat, compatibility score, Vastu result, AI response or report guarantees an outcome.

Do not use Astro Traya as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, immigration, employment, relationship-safety or emergency advice. Do not delay urgent care or qualified help because of a reading.

For high-impact decisions, use reliable evidence and consult an appropriately qualified professional in your jurisdiction. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

• Provide accurate information and use an authentication account you are authorised to control.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account or device unless prohibited by law.
• Do not share authentication tokens, passwords, payment credentials or UPI PINs.
• Astro Traya may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

Core tools may be offered free of charge, while live voice, reports or other features may use Karma Credits or a stated price. Karma Credits are a platform utility, have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money unless required by law.

Prices, currency, included credits, estimated delivery and eligibility should be displayed before an active checkout. Features and prices may change prospectively.

Only pay through a checkout shown as active on Astro Traya. A UPI app or external gateway may process payment. Never provide a UPI PIN, CVV or full card number to Astro Traya support.

Digital content or consumed credits may become non-refundable after delivery or use, except where law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges, failed payments or undelivered paid services should be reported promptly to support@bharataitools.org with the transaction reference. Refund decisions remain subject to applicable consumer law and the facts of the transaction.

A report listing should describe the intended topic, format, page range, turnaround target and price. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by missing profile details, service incidents or a need to clarify the scope.

Reports are personal spiritual guidance and may not be resold, represented as professional certification or used to make coercive decisions about another person.

• Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or bypass access and payment controls.
• Do not use the service to harass, discriminate, manipulate, impersonate or make threats.
• Do not upload unlawful material or information you are not authorised to share.
• Do not present AI output as verified professional advice or guaranteed fact.
• Do not use voice, camera or profile tools for covert monitoring or biometric identification.

The Astro Traya software, visual design, brand, original text and generated platform templates are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service.

You retain rights in information you submit. You permit Astro Traya and its processors to use that information only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Features may be updated, paused or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, provider or product reasons. Astro Traya does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage or compatibility with every browser, language, microphone, camera or device.

You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying important information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Traya is not responsible for indirect, consequential or speculative loss arising from reliance on astrology or AI output, unavailable features, third-party services or unauthorised use.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights in your place of residence. Before formal proceedings, please contact support@bharataitools.org with enough information to investigate and attempt a good-faith resolution.

Material updates will be published with a revised date. If a change materially affects an active paid order, applicable law and the terms shown at purchase will be considered.
